SMS & RCS Consent

How requested SMS and RCS sample delivery works, including the consent disclosure read before a message is sent.

What this consent covers

NOCX Stratum uses SMS and supported RCS messaging only when a person specifically requests a website sample during a live one-to-one call and chooses text as the delivery method. Text delivery is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

“You requested that we send the website sample by text. By choosing text, you agree to receive one message from NOCX Stratum containing the website sample you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This consent is only for the requested sample and is not consent to recurring marketing messages. Is that okay?”

The website sample is sent only after the person clearly agrees.

How consent works

The person requests a website sample during a live call.
The person chooses text instead of email for delivery.
The NOCX Stratum representative reads the consent disclosure above.
The person clearly agrees, then the requested sample is sent.

Messaging terms

Purpose: Delivery of a website sample specifically requested by the recipient.
Frequency: Normally one message per requested sample. Another message is sent only when the person makes another specific request or continues the conversation.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
No promotional enrollment: Requesting a sample does not enroll the recipient in recurring marketing, promotional campaigns, bulk messaging, or automated promotional follow-ups.

Opt out and help

On supported two-way messaging channels, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. If replies are not supported by the sender shown on the device, contact info@nocxstratum.com.

Privacy and consent records

We may retain a reasonable business record of the mobile number, the request, the choice to receive the sample by SMS or RCS, relevant timestamps, the consent result, and opt-out status where appropriate.

We do not sell messaging opt-in information or consent and do not share that consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Communications providers acting for us may process a mobile number, message, or delivery record only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested messaging service. Delivery and contact
